  • What are your business hours?

    We are open for purchase 24hrs but our working hours are: 

  • Will all my items be delivered together?

    In most cases your entire order will be packaged and sent as one except if:

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    we accept PayPal, Clearpay and all major debit cards.

  • Do you have any branches overseas?

    As much as we we would love to have branches globally, unfortunately we currently only operate from one premises in the UK. You can help us grow 

  • How does your Delivery work?
      All orders made after 6PM/18:00 will be sent out the following day.All orders are aimed to be sent out within a maximum of 24 hours subject to weekends and bank hoidaysDeliveries are sent Via Royal Mail and partners. 
  • How can i track my parcel

    Once your order has been accepted and processed you will recieve the relevant tracking information via email along with your order invoice.

  • Do you do refunds

    Yes we accept refunds subject to our terms and conditions. please see our refunds and exchange policy page.
